What does Valverov sell?
We offer face and body skincare, including cleansing, moisturizing, and other everyday care categories. Each product page explains the individual item.
Where can I check the ingredients and directions?
Review the product page and the information on the packaging. If details are unclear or missing, email service@valverov.com before purchasing or using the product.
Are all products suitable for every skin type?
No single skincare product suits everyone. Review the ingredients, warnings, and intended use carefully. If you have known sensitivities or a specific skin condition, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
What if I experience an unwanted reaction?
Stop using the product and seek medical advice where appropriate. Contact us with the product name, order number, and a description of the issue so we can review your concern. You do not need to send private medical records in an initial inquiry.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
How do I know my order was received?
An acknowledgment should be sent to your checkout email after you place an order. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Contact us if you need help locating it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. Once fulfillment or dispatch has occurred, changes may not be available. No separate fee applies to an ordinary cancellation we approve.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use.
SHIPPING
Where do you deliver?
We currently accept orders for eligible addresses within the United States. Availability is determined by the delivery address and options shown at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Standard processing is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
These are separate periods. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We will contact you if we cannot meet an applicable shipping commitment.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is US$50 or more after discounts and before taxes or shipping charges.
For orders below US$50, the applicable shipping fee is shown before payment.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, we will email the available tracking information. The carrier may need time to record its first scan.
What if my parcel is late or marked delivered but missing?
Email us with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant delivery or fulfillment partner. A delivered scan does not automatically close your request.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return a product?
You may request an eligible change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Skincare products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with any hygiene seal intact.
This restriction does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed products.
Who pays return postage?
For an eligible change-of-mind return, you pay return postage. For a confirmed product or fulfillment error, we cover reasonable necessary return costs or provide another appropriate solution without additional cost to you.
When will a refund be issued?
For an approved physical return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the goods, or sooner where the law requires. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it.
